Delivery

After payment transaction is complete, your order will be sent to production and shipped within 3-7 business days (depending on the products ordered).


Shipping

We use an expedited courier service to ensure our products are delivered in a timely manner and handled with care. For cost of shipping, please check list of delivery area coverage below accordingly.

If you would like to use your artwork/logo, please send us the file in ai, pdf or jpeg format.

Extra charges might be applied to complex artwork/logo. If applicable, a quote will be given before payment and production.

Extra charges will be applied to rush orders. Please contact us to inquire.

An official authorizing letter from the organization involved must be provided for stamps and seals made for colleges, immigration, passports, banks, etc. 

Signatures must be signed in person at our location for personal signature stamps.
